Hi, I'm Teresa.

I've been working with founders on their business strategy since 2022. Before that: IT consulting, project management, and teaching. What I bring is the ability to step back and see the whole business clearly - how the pieces fit together, where the friction is actually coming from, and what needs to change and in what order.
The founders I work with are usually capable, experienced, and quietly stuck. I don't mean that in a dramatic way. It's that everything is working on paper, but something has shifted - and they can't quite put their finger on what. They just know they're ready to change.

THE WORK
I help established founders redesign businesses that no longer fit.
I'm a strategic partner here to think alongside you - to ask the questions you haven't been asking yourself, to see the threads you're too close to see, and to help you build something that fits how you actually want to work and live.
I'm neurodivergent, which gives me a particular appreciation for the people whose brains work in non-linear ways. People who have a lot going on internally but find it hard to get it out of their heads and into something they can act on. People who keep trying to fit systems that were never built for them.
I use the Business Home Framework - my proprietary diagnostic tool that maps every area of your business onto the rooms and spaces of a home. It's how I help founders see the whole picture at once, rather than fixing one thing at a time and wondering why it never quite sticks.
